Mowing
Includes mowing/trimming all grass areas, weekly or every other week for additional 50%. 50% surcharge for first cut if it is very overgrown.
Edging
Cutting grass where the concrete meets the grass to create a straight and uniform line.
Leaf Cleanup
Removal of leaves from grass, landscape beds, and all other requested areas, removal is charged separately if you want the leaves taken off-site.
Leaf Removal
Removal of leaves from property and disposal at yard waste site.
Weeding
Hand pulling weeds from designated areas.
Gutter Cleaning
Clearing debris from gutter. Additional charge for downspout clearing.
Landscape Bed Prep
Leveling out and creating clearly defined edges for landscape beds.
Bark Installation
Includes bark (price varies by product) and installation.
Stone Installation
Includes stone (price varies by product) and installation.
Bark/Stone Delivery
Product is delivered to coordinated location on the property.
Pressure Washing
Washing designated areas using brushes and pressure washer. Soap is an extra surcharge. Clients water is used.
Seeding
Spreading grass seed in prepared areas. Priced by the square foot.
Hydroseeding
Spreading mixture grass seed, mulch, and fertilizer in prepared areas. Better for large and/or sloped areas. Priced per 5000 square feet.
Seeding Prep
Leveling and loosening of soil in preparation for seeding.
Snow Plowing
Clearing of snow from areas accessible to snow plows.
Snow Shoveling
Clearing of snow from walkways or other designated areas.
Walkway Salting
Salting of walkways to prevent ice buildup.
Junk Removal
Removal of trash to dump.
Bush/Tree Trimming
Cutting of the tips of branches to maintain the bush/tree size and appearance.
Aeration
Perforation of the soil to improve air, water, and nutrient penetration to the grass roots.
Dethatching
Removal of dead grass, roots, and organic debris from the lawn.
Sod Installation
Laying pre-grown grass directly onto prepared soil.
Irrigation System Maintenance, Repair, & Installation
Installation, maintenance, and repair of lawn irrigation systems.
Retaining Wall Installation
Construction of structures (price varies by product) to retain soil or landscaping beds.
Brickwork (Pavers, Patios)
Installation of bricks or pavers (price varies by product) on prepared ground.
